Why can't I find my name in the member directory?

Question:	Why can't I find my name in the member directory?

Answer:
Names are listed alphabetically, without the consideration of special characters. For example, chatname and _-.-chatname-.-_ would be found next to one another. If you have an active name, it is in the member directory.

I would like to use the Support Request Form.
